SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Rubix is a dynamic group of businesses operating in telecommunications and is about to launch in other sectors. We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to drive our digital marketing campaigns across our established telecoms business, Rubix VT, and two exciting start-up ventures. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our online presence, with a focus on social media, content creation, and audience building.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Rubix, you will have the unique opportunity to work across three distinct businesses, each with its own challenges and opportunities. Your role will encompass digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media management, with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and potentially TikTok. Accurate written English is paramount, while design skills and experience in WordPress are highly desirable. It would suit someone looking for their second role in marketing, but will consider all levels of experience.

Specific Duties Include:
- Social media management: develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each business’s target audience; create engaging content and compelling visual assets for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and potentially TikTok; monitor social media performance and engage with the audience to foster engagement and conversations.
- Content creation: generate high-quality written content, including blog posts and email marketing campaigns, maintaining a consistent and professional tone; ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and resonates with the intended audience.
- Web presence and WordPress: manage and update the websites, all of which are built on WordPress; enhance the user experience through well-designed, responsive web pages.
- Cross-business collaboration: as well as working closely with the Group Marketing Director, build working relationships with the sales and support teams, to help drive revenues; collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights that support content creation.
Essential capabilities include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Preferred but not essential)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
- Exceptional written English skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Design skills and experience with WordPress are highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A creative mindset and a passion for driving engagement.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
- Regular working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Early finish at 4:30 PM on Fridays.

- 20 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
