Feeling like our batteries are running dangerously low, too much of the time, is common for over half of us neurodivergent folks, with up to 60% of people with Autism and 93% of people with ADHD experiencing burnout compared to around 30% of the general population.
In this workshop, Helen Davies will share burnout prevention tips they’ve learned throughout their clinical and coaching career, and discuss feelings and experiences associated with burnout including overwhelm, heightened sensory sensitivity, emotions and fatigue.

About Helen Davies
Helen Davies is one of Joyfully Different’s co-directors and neurodiversity coach. They are also a nurse with over 30 years’ experience of working in health and wellbeing. Helen is also the founder of Practical Wisdom, a social enterprise supporting neurodivergent adults with life skills and hacks and advocating for neurodiversity inclusion.
