About Rachael
In the 2009 recession, Rachael Dines was made redundant from her in-house marketing role. That same year she won a scholarship to study B2B Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, became a Chartered Marketer, had her first son and started working as a freelance marketing consultant. She later founded the award-winning marketing and web company Shake It Up Creative and has worked with hundreds of SMEs. Overall, Rachael’s marketing career has spanned 20+ years across all three sectors. Rachael has previously spoken at Brighton SEO, Startup London, Princes Trust events and featured as the live, expert SEO guest on the LBC Radio Clive Bull Business Show.

What is your cancellation policy?
The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited – especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing bipc@brighton-hove.co.uk.
Can I attend if I’m not a member of the library?
Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it’s free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
