If you have a business, or you’re thinking of starting one, you’ll probably spend a lot of time considering your business name and what the logo should look like. And if you’re in the process of trying to grow your business, and you KNOW you need to rebrand, knowing your next steps in your brand journey can be a real blocker to your success.

Agonising over every part of how your brand looks can cost you time and energy. 

But building a visual identity isn’t the only part of a brand that you need to consider in order to build a brand that feels true to yourself – and SELLS to your ideal customer. 

So what goes into building a brand – both online and in the real world?

And at a time when people are counting the pennies, how do you make sure that your brand is the ‘go to brand’ for your product or service? 

The good news is – there is a tried and tested method that works, even if your busy brain is overwhelmed with the idea of starting.

About Catherine

Catherine ‘Cat’ Oliver is Founder of Socials for Change, a marketing agency for small businesses. As an ADHDer herself, she understands the unique challenges of building a business – and a brand that sells – when you’re neurodivergent. 

Cat spent eight years building several successful brands for businesses across London and the South East, before building her marketing agency and consultancy service. 

Socials For Change offers branding and marketing services – including brand and marketing strategy, copywriting, video creation, website building, advertising, social media planning, SEO and more. 

She holds a Master’s level education, is qualified via the Chartered Institute of Marketing, is a former teacher and journalist, has written for several magazines, and published a book.  

What’s the format of the event?

The event will last for 1 hour and 15 minutes, with rough timings as follows:

10 mins – Welcome & settling in

25 mins – Presentation 

30 mins – Discussion & question time

5 mins – Announcements & Event Close
