About the Coach
Victoria is a practicing and certified ILM Level 7 Executive Leadership coach. Victoria is also a Chartered Manager and a member of the Chartered Management Institute adhering to their professional code of conduct. Victoria has over 10 years’ experience in senior leadership positions specialising in organisational performance across the public, charity and renewable energy sectors. She is also an active Brighton Chamber of Commerce member. Victoria began her career at a company that was the gold standard for managing and developing its people, frequently featured in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies’. She says that experiencing this powerful leadership style influenced her own. She has since made it her mission to help business owners and business leaders overcome self-doubt so they can lead with confidence and get the results they desire for their business.

What is your cancellation policy?
The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited – especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing bipc@brighton-hove.co.uk.
Can I attend if I’m not a member of the library?
Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it’s free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
