Join us for our educational seminar on Friday 31st May with Charlotte Sloan, Legal Director, Employment, Birketts LLP and Kerry Coxon, Director of People, Roffey Park Institute where we will be looking at the latest trends in homeworking and agile working.
Charlotte will be looking at the extent to which the home office has replaced the office and whether homeworking and agile working is now integral to the future of businesses in the South East. She will consider the implications of a working from home model, an office based model, and a hybrid model on productivity, retention and recruitment, culture and employee engagement, as well as the legal considerations that arise when changing your organisation’s model.
Kerry, will be completing the discussion through sharing the journey at Roffey Park in implementing the organisation’s agile model together with the successes and challenges faced along the way.
