The Sussex Scale-Up CEO Club is a management programme for the city’s most ambitious and innovative growing businesses – a high-level group of leaders from companies that have gone beyond the start-up stage and want to set their sights higher.
This isn’t another networking group or passive workshop series. It’s a space for real conversations between experienced leaders, to share challenges, explore new ideas, and learn from the success stories of founders who’ve been there and done it. The Club is built with one key principle in mind: scaling up is a mindset, and no-one should have to do it alone.
