About The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with a passion for building high-quality, accessible web applications. Whether you hold a BSc in a related field or have equivalent practical experience, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will need to able to hit the ground running and contribute to both frontend and backend development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software for a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & Enhancement: Work on existing software products to ensure they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
  • Full Stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy front and backend features, ensuring smooth integration.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
  • Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high code quality.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our products.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in .NET development, with a deep understanding of C# and frameworks.
  • Strong experience with Entity Framework (EFCore & EF6).
  • Expertise in building user-focused, accessible web applications using ASP.NET MVC.
  • Practitioner-level experience working with relational databases, especially SQL Server / Azure SQL.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, including SOLID principles and Test-Driven Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services, including Functions and Service Bus.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including setting up CI/CD pipelines via GitHub.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Flutter & Dart for App development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of content management systems such as Umbraco or WordPress.
  • Previous background working within the hygiene/safety compliance sector
