It has come to our attention that a business trading under the name of AML Finance has recently been sending unsolicited mail to businesses and individuals with a letterhead and email signature bearing an address at the Sussex Innovation Centre in Falmer.

We would like to place on record that we do not, and have never had a business by this name as part of our membership – the company purports to help with recovering money from scammers, but has so far not responded to our attempts to make contact with them.

We are currently investigating the issue with a view to taking legal action, and would recommend proceeding with caution if you have received correspondence from AML Finance. We would also appreciate you sharing any correspondence received with our team so that we may investigate the matter further.
