Creating and sustaining effective content

18 April, 2023 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Free
Engaging and effective content is one of the most powerful marketing tools for your business, so are you doing it right?

This in-person workshop is aimed at business owners or their marketing assistants who want to increase the online visibility of their business through content creation. You will already have a website and at least one social media channel in operation for your company.

  • Do you often run out of things to blog or tweet about?
  • Not sure what type of content you should be creating?
  • Want to improve your website copy?
  • Not sure how producing good content can help your business?

In this workshop, Rachael Dines, founder of Shake It Up Creative will show you why it’s important to create engaging content for your business and how to effectively communicate that content on your website and across social platforms.

We’ll also look at content creation and writing tips, useful resources and tools to help make the task a little easier.

What will I get out of it?

During this session, we’ll talk to you about how producing great content can help you market your business and gain more customers. Then if you bring some paper, we’ll work together so that you go away with:

  • A framework for creating relevant content
  • The beginnings of a content plan to help keep you organised and strategic
  • Great ideas for content items and formats, staying consistent and on brand
  • The know-how to re-purpose content effectively
