Designed around Lean Startup methodology this series of five ‘hands-on’ workshops will introduce University of Sussex researchers to tools and techniques to help them figure out if a commercial route is for them – and if so, where to search for market opportunities and applications, evaluate different options and set a focus to explore and test potential commercialisation models to understand their future value and impact.
The programme will enable participants to identify, test, share and validate commercial options to build on their research.
Workshops will be held over a two-month period with approximately two weeks between sessions to allow for additional ‘out of the building’ activity by participants. We strongly advise you to attend all the workshops as they build upon each other to help you progress the development and understanding of your future opportunities.
